Key Responsibilities:：

1. Responsible for collaborating with suppliers to develop and design motion platforms, working closely with suppliers to develop and design motion platforms that meet project requirements and technical specifications;
2. Responsible for the performance monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the motion platform, monitor the operation performance of the motion platform, maintain it regularly and propose optimization plans to improve efficiency and reliability;
3. Responsible for the design of motion platform tooling and the development of test platform and the development of motion platform related tooling, supporting diversified test requirements and ensuring the functionality and stability of the test platform;
4. Responsible for the interface design of associated mechanical components
   Design the interface between the motion platform and the associated mechanical components to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

Qualifications Required：

Education：

Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Work Experience：

1. Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
2. Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
3. Ph.D. degree and relevant work experience at least 2 years;
4. Experience in high-precision motion platform design or use;
5. Modal analysis and testing;
6. Proficient in the principles of motion control;
7. Mechanical vibration analysis;
8. Mechanical structure design;
9. Thermal conduction analysis and simulation.

Prioritize skills:

1. Experience in the design of X and Y submicron positioning platforms;
2. High vacuum environment design experience;
3. High voltage DC system（>10kV）relevant experience；
4. Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry;
5. Experience with XY motion platforms;
6. Knowledge of magnetic field and ability to simulate and analyze magnetic field;
7. Familiar with ACS control system;
8. Experience in the design of 3D automatic measuring machine and air flotation platform;
9. Experience with 3D profiler applications.

Soft skills：

1. Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand technical literature and write reports;
2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, effective interdisciplinary teamwork.
